I had a private room which was very cosy. There is also a nice big room with yoga matts at the ground floors, which provides the great space to do yoga/workouts. The breakfast was simple but nice, and the lady at the reception was very friendly :)

Everything. Location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes from the old town. The staff was super helpful, with lots of suggestions on food and activities. We booked a tour and a show through them, getting better prices than online. The place offers free bikes, although we didn't use them. The room is nice and the bed very comfy. Very clean, AC working well. The bathroom is spacious and with a glass between the shower and the rest, so sink and toilet don't get wet, something we didn't find often here.

Everything. I loved it here so much I extended my stay. It’s a quiet little oasis in the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, wonderful staff, huge delicious breakfast, lovely pool and in a great location.

Mr. Cong was very friendly and kind. He really cares about his guests! You can book tours here if you don't have a plan, which was great for me. The room was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. The location was really good too.

Rooms are lovely with a small balcony, great location, very clean, swimming pool is amazing! Staff are lovely and helpful. No breakfast at the property but this is not an issue as there were lots of places within less than 2 min walk. 10-15min into old town. I have recommended to friends coming to Vietnam and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable spacious and clean property, note that there are stairs that are needed to access the rooms. The laundry service is fantastic, and there are complimentary snacks too. Highly recommend for price
