The apartment was very nice. The owner was very helpful and very kind also. Upon departure of the hotel, she messaged us and told all the details regarding hotel. The documents also had all the details regarding places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, all activities that can be done in izmir. Basically evrything that we need to know. For me as a foreigners, it really helped us. Thank you the owner, we wish we can stay more than one day

We had a excellent stay. The room was big ,the view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. There is a beautiful beach at 300m down. When you are by car , you can go to other beaches in the area and in the evening you can ride to Mordogan (5 min) or Karaburun (20 min). If we come back to Izmir again, we definitely will stay here again.

The Reception was always available by phone to help with check in, local information, booking tours and helping in general. This is an interesting and authentic area, we very much enjoyed our four night stay (family of four) in Büyük Konak and Dutlu Konak. The decor is really charming, original oil paintings, antique furniture and carpets. Garden courtyard in Dutlu Konak very tranquil (with gorgeous Mum and her four kittens - so sweet). Gizem on reception and administration was super helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great holiday.
