Location on top a hill with beautiful views. The host was very responsive via whatsapp. We traveled with a large group and he was very flexible to add extra rooms. Renovation and quality of rooms was great. Architecture style was very consistent with historic local style and very charming. 5-10s mins walk from shops and bakeries, 20 mins downhill to beach. We did not have a car and it was a perfectly fine walk!

Nicest host so far, spotlessly clean (like seriously!), no mould, everything seems rather new, comfortable bed, nice towels, quiet nice area close to the forest, flexibility, good price. My best stay since I started traveling 1.5 months ago. Thank you!

If you are reading this and if you are an easygoing person, do not even think twice and go ahead book your stay! This place is amazing with an awesome staff! The building is very beautiful with a rooftop terrace, a back garden, a bar and a spacey communal balcony with lots of artwork spread all over. Bahadir who is the manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and welcoming. He is dealing with every details of the stay and he has a lot of recommendations about Akyaka and surrounding region. The breakfast is the best one I have ever got in a hotel...

Beautiful clean large villa with a gorgeous view. Managers were helpful and arranged a good cleaning during our stay. The reason why they want to meet guests before arriving at villa ( we met manager at small shop down the road) is because Google maps gives wrong directions...it will take you through a dirt road that ends at someone's property).

Great apartment! Spotlessly clean and the amenities were excellent. So good, we extended our visit. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit the beautiful Akyaka again.

I loved everything with this housing. I came for a combined work, kitesurf and self-treating trip. I needed a clean, quiet and functional place close to the beach to walk to the kitesurfing. The apartment I stay in score 10/10 in every single way, it's clean, quiet, comfortable bed, light, private (a banana tree covers any insight) and good atmosphere inside. The lamp in the bedroom is amazing, like a meditation session to look at the light moving on the walls. There was a table to have the laptop and monitor on and the Internet was ok (Teams without camera on worked better). Cleaning happened after one week. The landlord is very friendly and easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp. There is space to park the car, though one has to practice a little bit to be able to reverse in as the road outside is veeeery narrow. The landlord helped me the first evening I came :) I'd absolutely come back to this place. Perhaps there are cheaper options in Akyaka but this was worth every cent!

Evуrything is brilliant. Very beautiful calm place. I rent kayak and bicycle here. I enjoyed rafting very much. The breakfast was very tasty and beautiful. The owners are friendly. I am very greatfull to them!
