The staff, the location, the design, the quality of everything was exceptional. The service level and professionalism of Sana and her team as in Ons, Jihen and all the other staff is one of the highest we have experienced. And the little special gestures and nuances made it even more special such as arranging a surprise birthday cake for my partner as well as gifting her a book which she enjoyed during our stay just topped it all. Everything ! The house was perfectly decorated in a way that reflects the Tunisian design and traditions , had all the facilities and 2min walking from the Sidi bou Said town , with a variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby , Imed was extremely friendly and welcoming and will help when needed , he also provided us with a secure parking for the car right next to the house. This place is a MUST DO once in Tunisia
