loved this place- hosts very friendly and welcoming, food was excellent, location very good and quiet but you would need a scooter to get around as it is a bit far out, bungalows very comfortable and the fan provided good cool air… balcony of bungalow was nice to sit on at night.. a little white cat visited us regularly which was nice

Great place! I totally recommend Annie’s place. They are wonderful hosts. They picked me up from/ drop me off the pier, always were available and I could borrow a bicycle for free. I can only thank them for making my stay in Koh Yao Noi truly unforgettable. The restaurant in front of the place is a great spot as well.

Everything, the overall stay was amazing. The room was comfortable with no mosquitos. What really made the stay so comfortable we’re the lovely couple who own Sabai House, they are super kind and helpful from the start to finish of our trip. We woke up late for breakfast and they surprised us whilst we were chilling on the balcony, when we were due to check out they came to help us organise our next step! 😍

The villa had everything we needed. All the facilities are well maintained. Rooms are huge. The pool is great and the garden around it looks amazing. The best resort we had in Thailand. Price is accordingly. But I think it worth it. The staff is great. Always available and with a smile. I hope to return one day.
