Sam is a great host. He helps you organise things like transport to the airport etc. The location is great. Quiet so you can have a good rest but also very close to the restaurants, markets and the beach! I felt very comfortable at this accommodation.

Everything about this apartment is great. The location is truly tranquil, up on the hill, with nature sounds and no noise of a city, but shops, cafes and massages are down the hill, 5 minutes ride away. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, trying to help you in every way they could. Apartment is well equipped, with anything you might need during your stay, including potable water, some bathroom necessities for first few days, and a gas grill on request for a BBQ evening. Bedding is comfortable, AC is quiet, WiFi is fast, water flow in bathroom is strong, room is clean and fresh.

We had a great time at Sugar Ohana, the rooms were very clean and nice. The location is good too, about 10 min walk to the beach. Night markets are very close as well where you can eat tons of food. Staff was always very nice and helpful with planning our days. You get breakfast at the restaurant next door, which was good as well. When spending more than 3 days a complimentary massage is included as well, which was awesome. I would definitely stay here again!

Racha@Kata did not treat us as guests, we were treated like a family. The overall stay was extremely comfortable, and full of warmth and care. The place was very happening, at a walking distance from Kata beach. It has lots of eateries around. The room was super clean and very spacious. Alex guided and helped us with lots of information on island tours and gave a pretty good deal on our tour bookings. We did all the booking with him only. Alex and family were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. He also gave information on local markets and food. This was my best-ever homestay experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Racha Kata Homestay only, when in Phuket

The unit was well updated and clean. The AC was ice cold (good thing). Note that this is a condo so you won’t get some amenities like room cleaning or room service, but that was fine for us and we knew this going in. The full kitchen and greater space was worth the trade off. The complex has a great infinity pool, trampoline and gym. It is in a very central location that is also an easy walk to Kata and Karon beaches. Of course it is a bit pricier than other options, but you get what you pay for. With a family where you might have to get two hotel rooms there isn’t really an overall price difference anyway. Since we didn’t need room service or a concierge, spending more on the unit itself, the full kitchen, and the space was well worth it.

We loved that we could cook in the apartment, and there’s a convenient store next door. the staff was exceptional and very friendly. If we ever come back to Phuket, we will definitely stay there.
