Full width spacious outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Swimming pool and loungers well kept and maintained plus separate small children's splash pool. Grounds and gardens private and secure with electronic access gates. Underground secure parking garage with dedicated numbered space for each apartment. Short walk to the best beach, good restaurants and mini markets. At the edge of town, away from the few noisy bars in high season.

Steven and Tereza are very hospitable, love what they do and are always directly and in a likeable manner available. They also gave us lots of insider tips about the country, people, restaurants etc. The property is beautifully landscaped and you can see that the hosts not only ensure the daily (!) "TippiToppi", but are also constantly working on the further development of the Farm of Dreams. The pool, trampoline, mini-golf and table tennis are great for families with children; the sauna also completes the package for (grand)parents. They have thought of many little things in the household like an electronic orange squeezer or Netflix. I can't imagine that there is anyone in the world with whom Steven doesn't immediately hit it off.

The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms had lovely touches and were full of character. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious.

A dream location for exploring Como during the day and were more than helpful with securing a taxi to travel to the middle of the lake last min when a driver had to cancel. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Breakfast was excellent as well.
