Garden and apartment were very clean and well cared for. We only stayed shortly but the apartment has all needed items to prepare food and we did not feel like we are missing anything. There is a ventilator and A/C in the bedroom.
There is a supermarket nearby, a clothes store and a couple of restaurants, but I would recommend renting a car for getting around or to the beach etc.

The host arranged for a taxi from the airport. The gate is remote controlled.
Everything is provided except tissues. The cooking facilities are very well equipped. In this room, we are supposed to take off our shoes at the entrance, but this is the same in Japan, so it doesn't feel strange.
The room is decorated with plant-based ornaments, which is excellent. I think the owner made them.
The lodge is on a bit of a hill, so I had a good view of the mountain side of Papeete, but I had to climb a hill to get back to the lodge.
Wifi is good.
When I left the next morning, the taxi arranged by the host arrived right on time at 6:30. The owner also got in and took me to the airport. I received a shell necklace.
