I loved this location. It was 20 minutes by tram from Amsterdam Central Station. The tram ran frequently. It was a very quiet family neighborhood. It felt very private. The entrance is separate from the owners. The owners live upstairs/across the courtyard. They do not come into the rented area except to speak with you or go to their office down the hall (once). The bathroom was not in the room, but it was literally one room over down a short hall. Since the rented area is exclusively for the guest, I had privacy going to and from the bathroom. The rooms in the area are: guest sleeping room and large closet, bathroom, office (they mostly work upstairs when there are guests). The bed was comfortable and the room was large. There was a large closet where I could put my things on shelves. The bathroom was large and had a large bathtub that was great to soak in after a long day of walking.

The property is very sophisticated and was perfect for our 4 nights stay. Joni and Daan are always available and ready to help. The studio is located in a calm and wonderful neighbourhood (a walk in the nearby narrow streets by the church opposite the studio is highly recommended), and is well connected to the main parts of Amsterdam city. The apartment is well equipped with basic amenities and we had various other requests that were not part of the deal, but Joni and Daan went out of their way to get it done so we have a smooth stay there. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment was well equipped and very nicely decorated. Right on the canal with a lovely view. Nice outdoor area, although it was a little cool and rainy for us to enjoy. We found the location very good -- the tram stop was not even five minutes away and the tram, which runs frequently, took us right to the Central Station. It was a real bonus to have a parking spot at the house. Amenities are within walking distance and we loved the farmer's market Saturday morning. Dianne was warm, friendly and very helpful

Excellent , amazing, and beautiful place . - beautiful, calm, and pleasant location surrounded by a beautiful park and river. - neat , clean barhrooms and toilets .Though it is common shared bathrooms and toilets, the toilets are maintained well and are very clean. - There are more than enough number of toilets for both men and women separately. We did not wait for toilets or the bathroom. - There was a restaurant which had excellent breakfast options. - The reception has a small store with all kitchen supplies and camping supplies. - The kitchen was fantastic

The bridge house is architecturally unique, it’s spacious for two people and it’s a great spot to spend a week in Amsterdam. The location (Ijburg) can seem a bit remote at first, but it’s actually nicely calm, and a short tram ride from the centre of Amsterdam.
