The amazing host! He own a speed boat so he can take you snorkeling, fishing, sandbank and etc. Shark snorkeling is a must do while in fulidhoo. He also took time out to take us to feed the stingy ray so we can take pics.

We spent a week at the hotel, and I must say it was our best vacation ever. A beautiful hotel right on the beach. Lunches and dinners are served on the beach. My girlfriend had birthday, and they prepared a romantic dinner for us on the beach and baked a cake. The whole family was very friendly. On Fulidhoo Island, you can constantly observe rays, sharks, and turtles near the jetty. We will definitely come back again. No need for shoes the entire week :-)

Long story short- The perfect place to stay, at the perfect local island. Let me first comment on the Island- Fulidhoo. The beauty of the island is out of this world. This is the quintessential maldives with bluest of water, picture perfect white sandy beach, and it gives off the pristine vibe of a lost paradise. The island is very pristine, with very small number of tourists compared to other local islands. One of the best thing about Fulidhoo is you will find Stingray and Nurse Shark 24/7 at the beach near the jetty, where you can snorkel with them (completely harmless). We even saw the shark sleep, which was something else. Overall, there arent many restaurants there and not a place which is non for its touristy vibe, or busy vibe. The place is very quiet and is the perfect place to relax and is very popular for diving/snorkelling. Coming to the guesthouse- Island Break You will find similar guesthouses in the island, but i can gaurantee that you wont find better hosts/management. The guesthouse is run by 4 brothers, and their hospitality was out of the world, they really make you feel very special with their behaviour. The guesthouse is less than a minute away from the beach, actually the island is very small, so you can basically go to any beach within a minute. The rustic vibe of the hotel is very nice and is very aesthetic, and we really loved their food. They have a pretty garden in front which is also a good place to chill.

Do not miss this place!! The best rooms and restaurant on the island! We came here in October. The weather was beautiful, sometimes cloudy, few rains. The hosts are simply amazing and always helpful. We haven't tried another restaurant while here because the food is absolutely delicious. Must try their baked whole fish, fish curry, maldivian soup and all the menu in fact. The beach is right next to it. They provide water, tea, coffee for free while you're a guest here. Clean, comfy, truly relaxing, non-touristy, friendly. The water has wonderful colors, the sand is thin, there are some animals around and not far you can see sharks and sting-rays during night time.

This place is just a wonderful nest on a wonderful island - Imagine: You arrive after a 1 hour boat ride from Male, welcomed by big rays in the water. And you discover your hotel - just in front of the house reef (amazing house reef! you can see so many colourful fish, turtles, octupus, reef sharks, and beautiful corals). Everyday you have the choice amongst many activities (staying around to go by the village and explore the house reef, swimming with dolphins, going to see the nurse sharks, exploring a coral garden, going on a whale shark adventures, and many more). The staff is just awesome - Special mention to Mohamed, who is super flexible, patient and takes great care of his guests. He also makes some great underwater / above water movies with his GoPro and Drone, that are wonderful souvenirs. And the island - I have been to a few in the Maldives. What I love about this one is that it's a truly local island, with its school, its shops, its inhabitants. Its house reef is really high standards, its beaches are beautiful and it has a great range of exceptional activities. So: I can only recommend that island, and that place!

Breakfast was awesome. Lunch and Dinner at Bougainvillea terrace was excellent. Big size clean room with attached bathroom was nice. Anytime best and calm sleep. 24 hours cold and hot water. Open veranda private sitting.

The property is located very close to the place where stingrays come every morning and 2 minutes away from the port where thanks to our host, I managed to see nurse sharks and manta rays. We experienced at the accommodation a traditional dinner with the family who hosted us and found out more about the Maldivian culture. We had an amazing experience thanks to our host and we would come back.
