We had the best stay at Serendib Village. Very serene place, ideal for resting after travel. Very comfy rooms close to nature. Pool was clean and refreshing. The staff were super helpful and kind. Breakfast was absolutely delicious too.

Very nice accommodation, especially good for the first or last night in Sri Lanka. The host picked me up from the airport with his tuktuk. Great start of the trip! You don't need to negotiate the price with a local taxi and you are at the homestay in no time. Awesome breakfast the next morning, with only homemade stuff and mango from their own tree (that was the best). Amazing people! I can only recommend it.

Very beautiful Villa and nice people. Our flight is four hrs late and arrived the villa around 3:30am. Hosts are waiting for us and welcome us with hot tea. I even forgot my phone charger there. I contacted them for picking it up before heading to the airport. Really appreciate it.

It was a great welcome to Sri Lanka- our flight was very delayed but they stayed up tracking our plane for us so we would be picked up from the airport on time. When we arrived they were warm and welcoming even though it was the middle of the night. The people are just lovely and helped us to organise a driver the following day to Mirissa so we didn't have to worry about a taxi. Our 2 year old loved the pool which had a huge water slide- a great post-breakfast activity before heading off on our trip.

Kenneth set up Mango House originally to cater for Japanese tourists to Sri Lanka. Post-COVID he made the decision to open up to everyone and I'm so glad he did. The grounds are immaculate, and there is such an obvious sense of pride in what he does. The guest house is essentially it's own little compound with gardens and a pool, And is such a wonderfully peaceful break from the chaos.
