The location was absolutely incredible. You literally walk out of your door on to the beach. However was quiet in the evening we could only hear the waves. The hosts were great, they did some very fairly priced laundry for us and recommended a great restaurant. They were also very kind in letting us park our tuk tuk on their drive.

Stayed 5 nights and loved it. Staff are fantastic, the facilities are great - yoga shala, pool and chill out area. Food is extremely good - very fresh and tasty. Great location, 2 mins walk to the beach and main strip. Yoga classes are professionally led, and you can also use the surfboards from the hotel. Room and open air bathroom are lovely. Super clean and comfortable - staff readily available to help with anything and we appreciated being notified when next door venues were having an event in the evening and what time it would end.

Very tasteful, clean, good quality rooms in a lovely garden with flowers, I saw peacocks and langurs in the garden and monitor lizards on the walk to Hiriketiya beach. The location is halfway between two beaches and ten minutes walk to each one. There are nice two local places to eat directly opposite on the same lane. Property is kept very clean and tidy by efficient management. Tea and coffee making facilities available as well as fridge freezer and filtered water which is free. The AC is excellent, shower is excellent and WiFi is decent enough.
