The apartment is spatious and very functional. A lot of kitchenwear, incl a good coffee machine, CDs, books, etc. The deck on the ocean is beautiful, at high tide we were regularly visited by a couole of Grey seals, but it was a nice spot to look at birds (Eiders with chicks, Artic terns, various gulls incl glaucous, redshank, starling, etc etc). The position is great to visit the central/western part of the peninsula.

It was the best place we stayed in Iceland so far. The whole apartment was super cozy and warm. Sleeping with the sound of the sea is amazing. While we were there there was a blizzard and we were actually happy because by being stuck we could enjoy the place more. Super recommended

Great place to stay for visiting Snaefellsnes peninsula, you will find yourself surrounded by nature. Easy to reach from the main street, it has a bar at the reception and it is near a restaurant and geothermal baths.
