The service here is exceptional. The owner goes out of his way to ensure the comfort of his guests--one of the most accommodating guest houses I've ever stayed in. The location is great as well. It is close to the beach and a few minute drive to the airport. There are also exceptional restaurants only a few steps away and the neighborhood is quite and friendly. I would most definitely stay here again!

It is an authentic house with a lot of family history in it, which we found them interesting. Location was good. It was also near to the beach, like three minutes walking. It was clean and the rooms have a/c, which was very good.

We found Noel guest house very close to the airport, the owner was very kind, he was waiting for us until midnight . The property is very clean,bed is comfortable. There is outdoor small table for entertainment If you're looking for a stay & close to the airport, I definitely recommend it. Unfortunately we did not have the chance to explore the area

The fact that it costs much less than comparable properties and it had access to a beach. The beach was not too crowded with typical tourists even though it was so close to the airport. They have a really good beach view restaurant which locals and people from all over goa come to visit.
