St Martin's provides free parking and and free WiFi, and is 500 meters from the harbour entrance. With bright and elegant rooms, the house is set amongst pretty gardens.

The warm welcome, despite my late arrival, was wonderful and the room was clean and warm. It was such a pleasure not to have to worry about lock boxes for keys & finding your room on your own. My husband and I stayed here with our son and daughter-in-law and their three children in August. All of the adults and children loved the house which was comfortable, very clean and well equipped for cooking family meals - essential when travelling with children.
There are two bathrooms with showers which worked and reduced pressure in the morning and after days at the beach.
The house is a short walking distance from Londis and approximately 1 mile / 1.6 km from the beach, Kelly's Hotel deli, restaurants and bar, Centra shop, pharmacy, Chinese and Thai takeaway, ice-cream and coffee shops. It's a quiet neighbourhood without a lot of nighttime noise and felt safe. There is adequate off street parking space for two cars alongside the house.
Bridget, the owner is friendly and approachable. When we got stuck on how to use appliances which are different from our own she responded very promptly to messages.
If returning to Rosslare I would stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends.
