Was a little difficult to check in, my internet wasn’t working so I couldn’t reach Kristina who helps Ivan with the property. Ivan owns the apartment but speaks little English. He did his best to show me around. The water in Trogir has been turned off before I arrived. I was sweaty and hot as I had just walked from the Marina after a 7 day sailing trip and was desperately longing for a shower. To hear we had no water was literally soul crushing. Ivan tried to explain but with broken English I could really only understand something about a broken pipe. Kristina came not long after to explain, and offered to drive me to the shops to get water and also offered an outdoor shower using rain water they had from a well. She even offered to help wash my hair which was really sweet. Despite not having water - out of their control - the place is really cute for a short stay. Only an 8 minute drive to Split airport and about the same to the Marina

The hosts were the nicest people we could imagine. Friendly, helpfull and kind. Whatever it was, they helped us without a question. The AC helped a lot in the living room. The view from the balcony is amazing. You could watch the thunderstorms over the sea. The location is nice, because you have a lot of privacy and not so many neighbours. We highly recommend the apartment for your stay in Trogir!
