The location is great! You have a sea view and the villa is only 5 minutes walk to the sea. The center of Metamorfosi is only 2 minutes by car and there are noumerous places to eat, pharmacy and all the stores you may need. The villa is clean. The semibasement room is really spacious. It can acomodate 4 people. The host was very kind an polite. We were late with 3 hours, but he managed to find a way to present us the villa and the way we will receive the keys (Thank God for the Internet and the chat platforms). :-) We had a complimentary coffee capsules (it was great!) and a barbecue charcoal. Thank you Nick!

The villa is very contemporary, in a quiet neighborhood, with a very nice garden and terrace, with enough space for a big family. The hosts are very nice and the house has all the amenities that you need.

The accomodation is very comfortable, cozy, spacious, nicely furnished, exceptionally clean, offers everything you need for a good rest. To mention also a comfortable king size bed, air conditions and TV sets in both rooms, each room with its own balcony. The main balcony offers a splendid sea view and catches sunsets. A private parking place within the property is also appreciated. The nature around the property is just wonderful: super clean air and sea, the smell of pine trees, the kingdom for numerous bird species (we counted at least 10 by observing from the balcony). Recommendable to those who appreciate seclusion from the tourist crowdedness.

The house itself and the location. Away from crowd in a small village and really big house of 4 of us :) the beach (10 min walk) also quiet since it’s not at the tourist area :). You can walk deep into the sea on the sand. The house had everything including a welcome and good by gift from Vasilis and family. A small lovely surprise from them also made a evening special. We loved the whole period and would love to come back again.
