Very quiete room and terrace with seaview above the Syvota bay. Owners are very friendly and uncomplicated. Waterfront and center of Syvota in walking distance, good beaches to walk or nice little bays to drive in a few kilometers.

Villa Polyxeni was a combination of good location, amazing views, friendly and kind people and good accommodation. The room was clean and fully equipped and the distance to the centre of Syvota or to some of the many beaches in Syvota was maximum 10-15 minutes on foot. I recommend it and I will visit again in the future.
