The location is beautiful, tastefully furnished apartments equipped with everything you need, generous yard where you can park your car safely and children can play, very close to Roda Beach with not very deep water perfect for children, taverns, shops and supermarkets, perfectly positioned to visit the most beautiful beaches in the north of the island and last but not least the nicest hosts I have ever met. Very nice apartments. We rented all first floor with a bedroom. Have all facilities in it, that were described (air condition, kitchen is well equipped, washing machine, so we could wash clothes and towels, mop for the floor, toilet paper, shower gel, etc). Located on walking distance to the sandy beach of Roda (10 mins), nearest small shops and bus stops are in 5 mins walking.

the place is very comfortable. AC is working well, the little kitchen is good. there are balconies from all rooms ( apt 2) and the yard is big and nicely decorated

We had an incredible 5-day stay in this wonderful apartment. It's modern, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a new-gen TV, air conditioning in every room, a coffee machine, and a washing machine. The location, just 2 minutes from the beach by car, is perfect. The convenience of reaching multiple beaches within a 15-minute drive makes it exceptionally comfortable. The hosts were fantastic and genuinely kind. I'm definitely planning to come back.

The rooms are spacious and clean and it’s set back from the main road so quiet and peaceful. It doesn’t have facilities like a pool or bar but there a number of places nearby where you can go to use a pool if you are buying food and drinks or a 10 minute walk down to the beach. It’s basically good, clean, inexpensive, very good value accommodation and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate in recommending and would definitely use again. Everything was absolutely perefct , location superb , short walk to shops/bars/beachfront, supermarket few hundred yards away, our Grandson ran around in the garden and on the swing when we got back from the beach, the Villa is truly luxurious, top quality furnishings, host couldn't do enough for us, with 2 bathrooms on 2 floors, you get the privacy you need as couples. Can thoroughly recommend

All. the beds are very comfortable, the pillows too, the apartment is equipped with beautiful new things, high quality. the garden in front and behind the building are wonderful, beautifully maintained. there is a huge tv in the living room, with netflix function, so we watched series. George, the host, and the cleaning lady were very kind and attended to our every need. there is good quality wifi. there is a laundry room downstairs where there are washing machines and a tumble dryer. we will definitely come back! George, thank you for the best vacation ever
