I stayed for a few days in November 2023 and loved it! The area incredibly quiet and peaceful in the low season, the accommodation as in the photos... bright and friendly with the large sunny balcony! You can either sit outside or lie in bed.. looking out to the sea and hearing the sound of the waves just 50m away is just pure relaxation. It was exactly what I was looking for! It's a special place and Chris is an absolutely great host!! Many thanks for the pick ups, nice chats and tips! Wi-fi worked fast and stable! Good to know: In the winter season there are currently no buses on Sunday, from Mon - Fri about 3 times a day towards Ermoupoli if you are planning a day trip. Costs €1.70 and works really well. I really enjoyed short walks to the beaches in the neighborhood or Finikas (10-15min walk)! In Finikas there is also a supermarket, a bakery and a taverna with delicious food. There is absolutely nothing I can complain about (on the contrary!) and I would definitely come back!

This is a great house and the location is very good. We were able to walk to the beach and had couple of stores close by. The host was very responsive and easy to talk to. Everything in the description was correct and we had a great time. We loved the large patio and the garden shower. We also appreciated the included paper with information, directions and nice-to see places :)

The location was very close to the beaches (Agathopes and Foinikas) and very quiet. It is perfect for a family who wish to relax and enjoy the island. There is also a place near (Epavli Tsiropina) where you can enjoy various events. There is also parking next to the house.

It’s very convenient that the room has a fridge, so I could prepare breakfast and dinner every morning even without a kitchen. I enjoyed sitting outside my room with 2 chairs and a table. Everything was very clean. Communication with the owners is easy and quick. The place is very good situated: I loved Komito beach and close to the beach are some benches where I saw beautiful sunsets, sometimes I took my dinner there. Lovely! On the hill is a great bakery and just 5 min walk you find a small supermarket where as well the bus stops. Either I walked or took the bus to all the places on the island.

Poseidonia is a beautiful part of Syros, very lush and much greener than the rest of the island. The accommodation was right in the centre, you have everything at your disposal. The place is very comfortable and the hosts helpful. The only problem, which is big enough of the Laxesis room which is one of the 3 there is that in the bathroom there is a very bad smell of pee coming from the drain. Unfortunately this problem should be solved as soon as possible by the hosts because in the morning or evening when you come to the room, it is not very pleasant to enter the bathroom.
