My family were on holiday in Greece for the first time. The place was chosen very carefully, because we were traveling with a child :)) You know? It was a great experience! The apartments are owned by wonderful, sympathetic, very hospitable people Themis and Elena, who smile every day, greet you, are always ready to help and tell you about the delicious secrets of Paralia Dionisiou :) We liked the apartments, we were placed on the 2nd floor with a large balcony, where it is very pleasant to eat. I was surprised that the frying pan and pots were usable, clean (usually in rented apartments the cooking utensils are already worn out). The small kitchen is minimally equipped, but everything was enough for us. We bought only paper towels (because we got used to them at home). There were very comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses, it was good to sleep. Speaking of help. One day, the boiler broke down in our room, the owner apologized and quickly solved the problem, and the very next day we had warm water again and even cleaned the drain in the bathroom :) Thank you! Bed linen and towels were changed every 4-5 days. My husband loves to ride a bike. And the owner kindly provided his bike for a couple of hours. My husband remembers those moments fondly. We are very grateful to Themis and Elena, in two weeks we got used to Paralia very much, fell in love with the cottage village and hope to come back again!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! The location couldn't have been better - just a stone's throw away from the beach, which made my daily beach outings incredibly convenient. The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. One of the highlights of this apartment was the spacious balcony. I enjoyed my morning coffee and evening sunsets there. It truly added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a big plus. I loved the freedom to prepare my own meals when I wanted to, and the kitchen had everything I needed to do so. Overall, this apartment provided the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and charm. I can't recommend it enough, and I can't wait to return for another memorable vacation.

A very clean place with a perfect location and friendly staff. There's an amazing bakery nearby, a pharmacy, a tavern, and multiple beach bars very close. There's also enough parking spots around the building for everyone. We definitely recommend it!

The warm personal service and welcoming from Maria. The location was perfect if you want to explore the surroundings but still have some time for relaxing at Dionysiou beach. The apartment was perfect and so cosy and homesteady with all amenities needed. Can highly recommend visiting the bakery also run by Maria. There you’ll find all the local delicatessens and also delicious morning coffee. Highly recommend!!

Elena and Themis, absolutely kind and nice hosts. Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful big garden with plenty of plants and sitting zone. They have umbrellas, sunbeds, bicycle if you'd like to take. The beach is just a few steps from the house. Very calm, very clean, big rooms, separate kitchen room. The beds are big, new and very comfortable. Sleeping here was better then home!
