Beautiful clean and spacious villa with a lovely modern infinity pool overlooking an incredible view, faces the sunset in the evening. The outdoor decoration is stunning, with automatic lights at night and plenty of places to relax. The property is in a great place, at the top of a hill but within walking distance (10min) to the heart of Kavos. We got quadbikes which helped a lot. The hosts couldn't be more helpful, lovely people who made sure we had what we needed. They also introduced us to a local contact at a close-by hotel, who would be there to help us with absolutely anything. I couldn't recommend this place more. The ideal villa.

We were amazed by everything. The place and the personnel truly exceeded our expectations. Our plane was 8 hours late and we landed at 9.00PM, after the last bus had already left the city so there was no way to get a transfer to the hotel as there were hundreds of people in the same situation. The host was so kind that he came to pick us up and drove with us over 40 kms to the hotel. The place is spotless clean with beautiful view on the sea. The beds are comfy. Excellent wifi. But it is the people who make this experience so exceptional: Marcello at the bar preparing breakfast, the owner who is there to have nice conversations. Views are splendid. Excellent wildlife areas for trekking: forests, wild beaches (5kms away), ruins of the monastery.

The location is nice and quiet. The room was spacious and always clean. There is a bar where you can have a variety of good cocktails while enjoying the pool time. Also, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always offering support with what we needed and guidance regarding activities we could do during our stay. The entire stay was great and we cannot wait to come back😊

As a family we have been going to kavos for years, my mum and dad have been visting 36 years total. We love kavos and the people. This apartment is Very central, as all you need and the owner is fantastic. The aircon is in the main living area however does reach all rooms. I struggled with the heat as im pregnant and need just a little something extra. Within a couple of hours there was a brand new fán left for me. They honestly couldnt to more for us. We will 100% be back!

Everything was exceptional. Room was clean and prepared for our arrival. We were also given a choice of room with two single or one double bed, and our host greeted us long after board in time since we were late because of ferry boat schedule. Position of the apartments is excellent as it is far away just enough from the street so the noise of the night clubs was not reaching the apartment, and yet they were only two minutes of walking distance. The yard is spacious with parking lot, and it's well maintained. It has nice ambient if someone likes his breakfast and morning coffee outside.

Beautiful quiet place, located at the most comfortable sand beach of the Island, I the surrounding shops prices are a bit higher than in big supermarkets nearby, but it is compensationg with a price rent of the wheecle that you need to reach this big ones. It is an ideal place for a chill with family or group of friends. Special attention to the pool design and cleanliness, at all times the pool water was totally clean, no any strong chlore smell, the pool have a variable depth and 3 separate entrances so is perfect for a kids as well. Nice see wiew from the balcony. And a very polite and communicable owner.
