We were two families for New Year. There was heating in every room.The apartment was big and perfect. The terrace is realy large. The third bedroom is quite smaller than the other two, but sweet. Everything was new and undamaged. Enough space for everything.

The apartment is lovely. Everything you need. Clean Comfortable. Close to the sea, about 5 minutes. The host is a lovely family, very nice and kind. It was so refreshing to find some bottles of water in the fridge and stuff for personal care. Even coffee and sugar. Also, I liked the thing you receive the code from the machine to open it and grab the keys when you arrived at the property. Kids loved the area. Many shops and tavernas. 5 min away from the property, I recommend: Alexandros bakery.patisserie.cafe for bakery and ice cream. For tasty pizza and freshly prepared food at Primus Pizzeria. Also, Giro Giro Sandwich for fresh giros and fresh BBQ. We had a lovely time there. Thank you for everything, dear hosts.

I spent 4 nights during the New Year 2024 holidays. The apartment is new, clean, fully equipped. Everything us new and extremely well comparing to average Greek apartments. The location was great. Parking was available. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The store, bakery, restorants and bars are very close. All recommendations.

The apartment is perfect. It has all the equipment you need. A lot of kitchen utensils, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine are a big plus. Plenty of towels and bed linen. Everything was clean. A large balcony from which you can see a bit of the sea. Ideal for morning coffee. Communication went smoothly, Ilias answered questions immediately and was extremely responsive to our requests. After a long journey, we were delighted to have snacks in the fridge upon arrival. The location is ideal, about three minutes from the sea but in a quiet street where you can't hear the noise from the restaurants on the main promenade. About 15 minutes by car from the airport. The sea is clean and gently sloping, suitable even for small children. Thank you for a great holiday, I recommend it, we would love to come back in the future.

Josef was a wonderful host taking care of us and making sure we were ok throughout the stay. A very respectful and kind person who was a pleasure to meet. The apartment was comfortable and only 100m away from the beach. Would highly recommend.
