Quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes away from the beach. Everything inside the house is brand new and clean. The check in was very easy as we received the key from a key box outside the door and the hosts are always available on the phone. There is also a small private garden with furnitures and umbrella. Sure we will visit again for more days with our kids.

The apartment is excellent, very comfortable, clean, with good furniture. Owner Stratos and His wife are very helpful. The beach is also excellent with good sand, large, and clean water. We will come again..

Everything was very good. We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, pleasant. It is very quiet and relaxing. The host was very helpful with everything we needed. The children enjoyed the yard, which is very nice and tidy.

The house itself is very comfortable. But, it is written on booking.com that "The air-conditioned holiday home is composed of 3 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms"... there is no two bathrooms - one toilet and one bathroom. Bathroom itself (on the second floor) has a problem with a shower and also bathtub is tooo small. Some of the facilities in the kitchen are missing. It is true, as previous guest wrote, that the dishwasher worked here and it worked there, but essentially it didn't work. Yard is really beautiful! In front of the house, as well as, behind of the house. Chech in is a little bit difficult, as you do not have a direct contact with the owner but with the agency and you get lot of e-mail directions how to enter the house. The property is not close to the beach, nor to the center of village. Overall, good accommodation for someone who is looking for peace and does not have to much expectations.

The house is just like in the pictures. Parking space for two large cars, fenced garden, which is perfect for a dog, barbecue outside, lots of chairs/tables outside. There’s also a swing and beautiful flowers everywhere. The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher are working. Nespresso coffee machine as well as plenty of cutlery. Rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy. House is located at the end of Flogita so it’s about 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. We were greeted with baked pastries and homemade fig jam.

The location is ideal (on a hill, surrounded by olive fields) for people who want to be away from tourists, traffic, noise and overall enjoy a solitary and peaceful stay. Highly recommend for couples. The parking was free and easy to get in and out of. The houses are quaint, clean, roomy and modern. There are kitchen facilities. The bathrooms are spacious. The accommodations are newly built, we liked the open design very much and there are patios where you can have your breakfast. The manager, Yannis, was great. He went above and beyond for the requests we had. He gave us good advice on places and beaches to visit. The staff is very professional, polite, fast and hard-working. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. We tried different things on the menu and we liked everything we tasted. Cocktails are great too! The breakfast choices were plentiful and very delicious - there also are options for special requests. Lots of the ingredients that are part of the menu are home-grown within the premises. The pool is long enough to have a decent swim and has a great view of the sea and nearby village. The nearby beach in Flogita village is 15 minutes away by foot. There are lots of places to grab a bite, there are at least 4-5 convenience stores that sell everything you may need daily.
