We were highly impressed with the facilities — thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, wonderfully modern style, comfort, grounds were absolutely amazing, gorgeous plants, terrific pool and seating, VIEWS were amazing. The owner's father met us very warmly, conducted a tour of the entire property, we found very generous supplies of the owner's own olive oil, food in the refrigerator, cakes, drinks, just about everything needed — coffee filters, salt and pepper, pots and pans, serving pieces, local tourist information collateral. The mattress was immensely comfortable, wonderful linens and towels, washing machine, drying rack, more closet and storage space than we could possibly use. The owner himself took the time to come and meet us and his wonderful papa brought us some homegrown tomatoes and cucumbers. There was wonderful outdoor lighting, secured gate to lock the property at night, a convenient parking spot (covered) just down the steps. The WiFi was absolutely incredible, absolutely NO latency, super fast and reliable. We absolutely LOVED this villa, one of the best we have ever stayed at ... it felt just like home. I cannot imagine anything the owners could do to improve!

We were overwhelmed when we arrived at this beautiful place up in the mountains near Kissamos. Polyrinia is a charming village. Since it is up in the mountains it is very quiet en from the garden we had a great few of the surrounding mountains. The house is very charming, clean and decorated with so much detail en thought. The garden is exceptionally wel kept en very very nice. There are several sitting areas, so we could chose if we wanted to sit in the sun or shade. I t was a pleasure to wake up in the morning. People in the village are very friendly. You can find a taverna, a shop with very friendly owners and a small café run by an english lady. We would definetly recommend this place!

We booked this Villa for two families and it didn’t disappoint. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone. A fabulous pool and terrace and the Villa had plenty of glasses, cutlery, plates etc to use throughout the stay. Close enough to town and the beach and the supermarkets etc to enhance your stay. We are all ready planning our return for next year. If you had an issue, the owners were on hand immediately and sorted anything out for you. Thank you for a fabulous trip.

The villa was in an excellent location with amazing views out to sea, the mountains and the town of Kissamos, although the villa was private up the hill a little we could still walk into town, where there were dozens of fantastic restaurants and bars and access to many attractions. The pool was great, cleaned every morning and we all used it everyday. Plenty of space for everyone, we could come together when we wanted but all had enough space for me time.

We really enjoyed staying in Manoli's apartment! We stayed 5 nights there and we had a fabulous time! The apartment is very cosy and perfectly well equipped. Manolis was nice,he welcomed us with fruits and snacks. He was very helpful and flexible about check-in and check-out, he answered quickly to our requests! The apartment is very silent, there is covered parking place. We highly recommend it!

In a new, modern, sparkling clean house, you'll find anything you may need. Generous space inside, large and confortable terrace, a big and beautiful yard, very quiet neighborhood, villa placed next to a lot of olive trees and neighbors' garden. Although located in a very quiet place, it is quite closed to pharmacies, super markets and tavernas. Not at last, Martha, the owner, is one of kindest, prettiest, most friendly person that we ever met. For me and my family, Crete remains our dream destination, and , after three holidays here with three different accomodations, villa Martini is, definitely, the best one. See you next time, Martha!

Very Cool modern appartment 5 minutes from the Kissamos’s beach and in a strategic place to organize visits to the main beaches of West Crete. The appartment is big and it has everything you need. The owners Kallia and George are two fantastic guys very polite and friendly. They gave us a warm welcome The appartment is close to the Kissamos’s center but in a very quite area. Very relaxing place. This is a real 10/10. Recommended
