This property was very well decorated, clean and it has everything you can think of. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of hot water, lots of room, towels, linens, TV and on sits parking. The Villa is a little secluded but that worked well for our family as we enjoyed the quiet nights sitting on the veranda. Ismini, the owner’s daughter welcomed us and she was very informative and sweet. Her and her dad came to see us off on our last day. The hospitality was incredible as the fridge had beer, water and there was a special appetizer ready for us when we arrived. The nearest beach town is bout 10 mins away. Planos is a nice town, very busy at night. In our opinion, Tsilivi beach was the best beach for families. It was sandy with no rocks and very shallow so you can walk out pretty far. Even though the Villa is a little off the path, there is a cafe less than 5 minutes walking and a small restaurant that is very affordable and open late. All in all, this Villa was perfect for us and we had a wonderful time in Zakinthos.

Augoustinos villas is a paradise on earth surrounded by vineyards , grass, trees, 2 beautiful dogs, and a swimming pool! The houses are fully equiped , clean and the staff kind and hospitable!

The location is in the main road between Zakynthos city and Keri, is also very near at laganas just 6min by car who is the heart of clubs , bars and restaurants. Also you can go by foot at nearest supermarket apx 10min and also a bus station to city center opposite from the supermarket. The studios hotel is a big building with a lot rooms and the owner is very friendly and he can make you coffee and also alcoholic drinks. They offer also foods but only in summer season no in September. The room was big with double bed, a/c, refrigerator, full kitchen equipments and balcony with pool view. Very basic but with the price who I booked you must not have any others request.

Everything! The host and the family were absolutely lovely. The property was perfect and well maintained. They even were so sweet and bought us cake and champagne for my partners birthday (as a surprise!). HIGHLY recommend and definitely will be back!

Veľmi sa mi páčilo vybavenie apartmánu.Mali sme záhradku kde sme si mohli natrhať čerstvé (nedozreté) ovocie boli veľmi osviežujúce👌🫒🍋. Pani domáca bola veľmi veľmi príjemná,empatická nemali sme žiaden problém.Hodnotim toto ubytovanie s mojím partnerom ze veľmi kvalitné, akurát sme si nepozreli pri rezervovaní vzdialenosť od mora,pre nás to bol najmenší problém🙂.Chceli by sme sa ešte vrátiť. V meste Laganas sme si mohli prenajať štvorkolky takz.Quad. Bicykle sme si prenajali u pani domácej Angelika🤍👌.
