Nice place, very close to the sea, 1 min walking, quiet although in a crowdy neighborhood, Alexandra and her husband were very kind, helping, we had free towels for the sea. The pool is small, but not crowded and good enough to chill if you do not want to go by the sea. All in all, a very nice stay

The location and the quietness were just what we needed to cut ourselves from our busy way of life. The place is just a bubble of paradise, far from the touristic hotel resorts. Add to this all the little attentions from our hosts, and you have here the perfect place to stay for a restful trip in Zakynthos!

This place is just amazing! The hosts who welcomed me are super friendly, happy & sweet. The room is gorgeous and well-decorated. This felt like a home away from home. They have a big terrace with self-made art, couches and hanging chairs and this is just the best place to unwind from a long day of exploring. The Koklas family also makes their own olive oil, soap, tea & marmelade and were so kind to gift me some (which I enjoyed so much!). I booked a couple extra because I enjoyed my stay here so much.

We spent two amazing weeks in this wonderful house. The decoration is refined with great taste. We settled into the two bedrooms on the first floor. Each with its own, very well-equipped bathroom. Liquid and solid soap for the sink, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for the shower are also available. The beds are ultra-comfortable and the linens of very good quality. The kitchen is very well equipped. The exterior is awesome. We loved the beautiful pool. The hosts are very attentive and available to any request. They advised us some good restaurants and magical places to see. In short, we can only recommend this house.

Best located - away from noise, very private, with just a breathtaking view on the pool, sea and island. We really enjoyed our stay, it couldn't be better. The house has all kitchen utensils and this all was new, clean and stylish what's very important to me. We also had a very nice welcome meet from the host and got a bottle of wine, coffee pads and even some fruit and pastry as a compliment. Small mini market with very good pastry and fresh vegetables, fruit is in 2 minutes. Laganas beach is brilliant and in about 10-15 minutes walking. We come back 100%!

The place was absolutely fabulous! The villa is spacious, very nicely decorated in the Greek style, it has a nice kitchen with a bar which is perfect for small parties, the master bedroom has amazing views. We also appreciated that every bedroom had a separate bathroom, which is very convenient. The pool was used by us mainly in the evenings (the water was still very warm), but I used to jump in all the time when I was around :) We also appreciated the garden which was really well maintained and beautiful. The hosts were helpful and responsive. The place was spotless clean. Overall - we would be really happy to be back and show the place to some other friends :)

What a great surprise. The hotel is located in as an ancient Olive Grove and accessed by dirt roads. It is clearly not the Ritz, but provides spacious apartments and tranquil setting. We booked on very short notice and the host was completely accommodating.

We had a very good time at Zante Riva Studios. Very Clean, super good Location. Clean Bathroom and very nice small kitchen with a lot of amenities The room is about 50 meters from the beach and 2 supermarkets. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area and the beach is just beautiful. Very calm place to spend your vacation. The host Nikos was super nice and helpful and always available if we had any questions. Definitely would recommend to friends and family and would stay there again! 10/10 very good price performance ratio!
