This place was a great surprise. The location is just a dream as it's only a few minute walk from the port and small village but slighly on the eastern side of the island where the most beautiful beaches are (walking distance to all of them). The room was spotless clean and nicely decorated and is equipped with a small kitchenette which is enough for basic cooking / making breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and the size of the room was great. The apartments are so close to the sea that you can hear the lovely sounds of waves from your bed. The view from the little pribate terrace to the front of the apartment is unforgettable. The cleaning lady was absolutely adorable and cleaned the room every single day. She would come around every morning to check that we had all we needed. Dimitris (the owner / site manager) was very kind and welcoming. He came to the port to pick us up when we arrived and same thing when we departured. Its also a great spot for star gazing at night. This place is extremely quiet and peaceful and somewhat magical. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

What a beautiful place this is. The view is amazing, looking over the water and the surrounding islands. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The kitchenette has a sink, counter top and two burner hot plate with pots and plates, cups etc. Clean linens and the room and bathroom cleaned every day. The location is just out of the main village up a little walking path that rises above the village, about a five to ten minute walk. It was quiet, peaceful and set in beautiful gardens. Jiannis was a wonderful host, he picked us up at the ferry and drove us up to Alkionides with our luggage. He was welcoming and friendly and generously shared some of the incredible produce from the farm. He was helpful and friendly when we needed him, but otherwise gave us our space. Each room has its own patio which is separated from the other rooms patios so you are not right next to other people when you are sitting enjoying the view. The patio also had shade which was lovely. We were here for five nights and could have spent longer.

The 2 grandpas at the reception are awesome. They would try to do everything to make you feel more comfortable. There was a banging noise coming from somewhere. It turned out to be a not closed shutter lightly banging from the wind. They went and checked every room's windows to find out.

I had lovely days here! The property itself is gorgeous and the view is amazing, specially on the sunrise. Location is super convenient, very close to the pier, mini mart and restaurantes. The hosts were exceptional and made my stay here even better. Will surely be back very soon!

The owner collected us from the ferry which set the tone of the attention to detail given to caring for guests. The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed during our stay (cereals, Nespresso, fresh milk, bread/cheese etc). We also had a fabulous warm breakfast prepared for us to eat at our leisure in the apartment - which we took to on our picnics.
