The location is perfect. The beach in front of Ktima Zaxarias is amazing. Giorgos is genuine host and very helpful. Clean and fully equiped apartment. I highly recommend staying here. Bravo!

Very nice place with an amazing view, and a nice pebble beach. The water was crystalclear. Very calm place with a very nice terrasse and good facilities. Will very surely come back. Was amazing !

I liked the solitude and beautiful beach. The room was clean and nicely done with a bathroom that had a roomy shower. Outdoor patio with chaise lounge to relax. Very nicely done.It is remote so make sure to bring some food. The village is lovely but doesn't really cater to those who want restaurants and big supermarkets.

A very sweet and well equipped room with an incredible view. The room had a little terrace to sit and enjoy the sunrise. Breakfast was very filling and good.

One of the most professional hosts I have encountered in Greece(which believe me in Greece as a Greek with a beagle dog is very difficult in comparison to abroad standards). Having travelled a lot abroad with the dog, in Greece I am always double/triple checking with the hosts as most of them are extremely unproffesional/rude. If I visit Mani again, I will stay at the same hotel. Renovated in July 2022, the rooms are cosy and the one we booked with the view to the sea was pretty cute and quiet. They are cleaning everyday, and there is always someone available to assist you and guide you on whatever question you may have. Parking is oposite the guestroom, easily accessible and spacious.There is a bakery/coffee adjacent to the hotel and sunrise cafe offers delivery as well. It is close to everything on foot, restaurants, 2 beaches and also a mini market.Even though Kokkala is a bit remote, eveyday vans pass by selling veggies,fruit,supermarket stuff. If you need a kitchen to cook, better to book the ones downstairs with no view(qiuet,more spacious, +the kitchen).Believe a room with a kitchen is needed as there are not many restaurants(only 2) in Kokkala.The one we have booked had a mini fridge which served us well for 1 week.
