More than excellent, the utmost friendliest people who go out of their way to help you. Literally. Last day we forgot some money in a drawer (not a lot at all but we needed it because it was cash in Liras and we were crossing over to Turkey), we didn't have a car and were already in Chios (taxi between Chios and Kataraktis was ca. 20 euros) and dear Christina brought it to all the way to the Chios port for us, even put it in an envelope (how caring is that? :)), with the brightest smile and telling us don't worry. Before check out, we ask Niko that we need to be at check out at 11 right? and with the warmest and calmest expression he emphasises "about" 11", "don't worry" -- People who run Ostria are THE GREATEST AND THE KINDEST PEOPLE. LOVE YOU OSTRIA! Facilities were perfect and the view is to die for, but you can see those in the images anyways. 100% will come again, and again and again and again... :)

We have traveled in 35 countries, but we have never had such a friendly and comfortable accommodation experience. The hosts hosted us as if we were one of their family. They supported us in all our needs. The house was very clean and had all the essentials. The location of the house was very good. Next to it, there are 2 famous taverns by the sea. We will definitely not look for any other place when we come to Chios once again.

The place was excellent, cozy, close to a nice beach and many good restaurants. Virgina was super helpful. She was always there to help, made everyrhing super comfortable for me during my stay.

We had a great stay at Skinari, which we visited during our cycle trip to relax and recharge. For that purpose the place was great, we especially enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the large balcony. The owners were super nice and gave us a second room to store our bicycles.

We arrived off season to be met by Yolanda who greeted us like old friends. She settled us in and gave us lots of information about the surrounding area and Island. Apartment was perhaps the most comfortable we have stayed in in our (so far) month of travel in Turkey and Greece. Apartment is very well appointed including a fully equipped kitchen which would be great for a longer stay. The couch was comfortable as were the soft furnishings on the floor . Big balcony with again comfortable seating and a table and a great view across the water to Turkey. We even had access to a washing machine . Yolanda and her husband are great hosts and went out of their way to help and make us feel comfortable.
