We stayed there for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The apartment has everything one needs and is clean. We felt very much at ease there. Should anyone need to do remote work, the Wi-Fi works well. It's a very good base for visiting the Chania area. Everything is reachable within 1 hr. Eleni is very friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant very close to the apartment( less than 5 minutes on foot). We had a great time there and would go back any time.

We enjoyed a 1 week stay in the Nerea villa, the furthest on the right as you are facing the sea. There was a very thorough cleaning service provided halfway through our stay, the host greeted us upon check-in, gave us the keys, a quick tour, some welcome treats, restaurant recommendations, everything. The host is very responsive on Whatsapp at every hour. The villa is perfect for 6 adults and 3 children as there are separate bathrooms and bedrooms, plenty of space on the terrace and a huge pool. There are lovely restaurants within 10-15 minutes driving and a couple of supermarkets 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place if you plan on spending some time in this part of the island. Also Balos is 45 minutes away and Elafonissi about 1h15 min. Falasarna beach is right in front of the villa. Needless to say, the view is incredible. We enjoyed 7 perfect sunsets. You have everything you need to cook, including a BBQ outside, which we never got to use, there is very good WiFi, plenty of parking and our villa was easily accessible with strollers as we had a side entrance.

This apartment is an amazing one. The host was very very friendly, nice and helpful. We could not meet in personally, but she managed everything very well. She really want that her guests enjoy their time in her apartment. The location is really good, because of the view. Also the rooms are equipped well.

Outstanding Villa, the host, Stella is excellent and professional 24/7 attention to the clients needs and any requests. Unbeatable location, in fact, albeit a little selfish I was a little reluctant to give such an excellent review lest the villa being fully booked and unable to return! Absolutely magnificent!

Everything is fantastic! Great experience in Nikos Apartments. Location is great with just a short walk to the amazing beach of Falassarna (white sand, crystal clear water). Market available across the road. Everything is clean and comfy in the apartment. Management is truly nice and she surprised us some traditional Cretean food that was delicious! We will definitely repeat here.

The property is lush with trees and flowers and is run by a lovely family. We loved our room which featured a view of the sea and the mountains! Simple and very clean rooms & the location is a short way to the beach; there are many local tavernas nearby with authentic Cretan cuisine. Highly recommended for a local experience:)

The views, the kitchen facilities, the pool - everything is excellent - no shortcuts, you are at a luxury home. We arrived very late and the owner was so kind that cooked us a very delicious dinner! Balos beach is a jewel.

The villa was spacious inside and out. A very pleasant and relaxing space. Good for two couples or a family. It was a short walk to Falarsana beach and several tavernas. We arrived home to a lovely spinach pie one afternoon.
