Wonderful house with a mesmerizing view of the see and the mountains on the back. First of all if you are looking for something fancy, you can just check some other place, as this house is indeed not fancy. What it is though is a home away from home. The house has everything you will need and Kiki is a wonderful and warm host. There are more than 10km of long beautiful beaches all the way to Nea Peramos(ask Kiki where to go when you are in Nea Peramos) and more in the other direction(will check them next time). The thing I liked best about the house(except the wonderful view) is that it is well isolated from the other properties, so you can have a quiet time and a good rest away from noise, but is still so close to the sea and the near villages. The backyard has a wonderful barbecue and a resting corner from where you can watch the sunset and the sea. So in conclusion if you are looking for a place where you can rest and have a great time away from the noise of the big city, and are not looking for fancy-shmancy this is definitely your place! Villa Mariellie is a wonderful place to spend your vacation at. Location is perfect-and the main plus is the direct access to almost private sandy beach in just 200 meters. At the same time the villa is close to road and only 5 km from Nea Peramos where you can buy what you need (food, etc.) or visit tavernas if you want. The villa itself has very cosy atmosphere created by Katerina. It has plenty of space - two fully equipped kitchens with everything you need and a large living room,Has also two bathrooms and three toilets. We liked very much the veranda and the perfectly maintained green yard where we spent the evenings. We hope to return again.

I will start with the location. Location: Great location exactly 4 min driving with a car to Nea Peramos. Once again driving around 4 min you can reach Ammolofoi Beach and all other places. House: The house has 2 floors, which you will get the second floor fully privately and only for you. It has 2 bed rooms, living room with big kitchen and one bathroom. The house is very well equipped with everything that one family need. Furniture is very well and has place where you can leave your clots and everything. You can enjoy big veranda with table and chairs where can you can drink your morning coffee or to use the garden by the beach which you can have lunch or dinner. Summary: Overall we had an amazing stay where we used the beach in front of the house or if you want you can use the hotel pool next to the house with additional charge for the usage. The lordland is very nice, they have not bothered us with anything during our stay. They gave us umbrellas and sunbeds so we can use for the free zone on the beach which was amazing. There is plenty space for parking and the garden is full with green plants which makes you feel like you are at home. We had two kids and they fully enjoy the beach and everything which is around. The place is perfect to stay with your family and you will enjoy it for sure. We will visit the place again for sure! The comments on the previous visitors about the turning off the lights and AC - we have not seen this anymore and its seems that all this is sorted out.
