This is an amazing location with a private beach, 2 pools, a restaurant, bar, sauna, and massages available by request 1-day in advance. We stayed at the hotel most of our time, only venturing out to walk the beach, go to the ATM, and try a different restaurant. It’s a pretty one-stop-shop kind of place. It had everything we needed/wanted and the staff were very accommodating. They brought drinks and food out to you on the beach/by the pool. The food was tasty, including the breakfast buffet. You could make your own fruit/veggie juice with their juicer!

Beds very comfortable. Super shower and bathroom. Only 10 minutes in taxi to Chania town centre and approximately eu10.. The staff very helpful and friendly. Would go back again. Pool lovely but not heated. We had option to check in on line so no delays at reception as we arrived late at night.

I loved my stay at Kalamaki Mare and find it to be the best hotel to stay at in the area, especially in consideration to the nearby beaches. Every aspect of my stay was upscale and easy, and the manager of the property extremely kind, understanding, and hospitable. Don't stay anywhere else by choice.

The apartment was spacious, and clean. When it comes to the kitchen, it was equipped with a mini fridge, a kettle, an induction hob, and a filter coffee machine, along with disposable filters. Moreover, all necessary cutlery and kitchenware to cook and serve food were provided. Moreover, there are some supermarkets nearby, so I just needed to buy coffee, sugar, and any food items I needed. Hot water is available to shower any time of the day, whilst the bed was quite comfortable. Staff were very friendly, polite, patient and accommodating, showing professionalism. They really did everything they could to ensure I would have a pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this place again.

Everything was smooth and stress free. The premises are sparkling clean, the location is close to beaches and restaurants and the price was reasonable. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends.

We spent 4 beautiful days here. The apartment is incredibly comfortable and well equipped. The view is marvelous. The beach is just a few steps. There are bus stops, excellent restaurants, and an elegant souvenir shop next to the accommodation. There is a surf paradise, too. Thank you to the kind owners for taking care of us. This was simply a wonderful experience. I couldn't recommend Alexandros Studios more and we can't wait to return! Mike and Inka were genuinely warm and friendly, always ready to help, and even at the end of the long tourist season, they made you feel most welcomed. They had amazing suggestions on places to see in Crete and the breakfast was both tasty and varied. Our room was quiet and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water.
