Location is excellent right in the middle between KALA NERA to Kato Gatzea. entire complex is new, has many parking slots (both in and out of the complex).
Rooms are equipped with small kitchenette contains sink, stove and refrigerator and some small appliances (kettle, etc)

Owners are in the place most of the day and give good customer service. facility and rooms are very clean. rooms are refreshed every day (set the beds and clear trash), refresh towels every 2 days,

The apartment is very very nice,comfortable and very clean.Everything inside is new,kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need.Bathroom is also very nice and it is big.In front of the apartment you can park your car.The position of the apartment is also very good,it is in a quiet street,and steel only 3 minutes from the beach,and 2 minutes from super market.The most important thing,Mr Yannis is there whole day,always waiting for you with a smile,and ready to help if you need something.Mr Panos is also very good guy,ready to answer on every question that you have,and also ready to help you.I really recommend this apartment to everybody,and if I come back to Kala Nera,I will defenately come here again.Thanx for everything!

Everything. Great bed with high, firm mattress. Quiet location close to beach with easy parking. Welcome drinks in the fridge. Clean. Nice shower. Also with a small kitchen but we didnt use it.

We had a lovely modern room on the top floor of an old converted barn/farmhouse. Plenty of space and a comfy bed, although the wardrobe could have been larger!
