10+ for the host, a young girl who really take care of the clients, she was very helpful with check in, we found water, coffee and raki when we arrived.
The apartment is very new and it has everything you need: fridge, washing machine, hair dryer etc.

Distance from the apartment door to the beautiful blue paradise sea is about 70 meters. Great large beach almost free of people around. Free sunbeds and umbrellas. A nice popular bar and taverna. The owner Mr.Mikhalis and the hostess Mrs.Maria are wonderful nice and helpful 24/7. Gave us answers and advices for all our needs including local places to visit. Clean, modern, well-furbished rooms with all new facilities. Beautiful view. Comfortable distance to Ierapetra`s tavernas, shops and food markets.

Beautiful, well equipped, modern apartment. Very clean and very comfortable bed . Massive fridge freezer. Welcome drinks and fruit . On the ground floor with roadside parking outside our front door( when not too busy). Close to all shops and restaurants. And the sea front is a two minute walk away.Definitely recommend to anyone.
The owners live next door, they are very welcoming and friendly. The cleaning lady was also very nice .
