The apartment had a lovely Greek feel to it and despite it being 5 bed was perfect for a couple. We had access to a large terrace which had stunning views of the bay since it was up the hill a bit. We loved picking different routes to the beach, all short!

Everything about Patmos Villas is beyond expectations. It is quiet with lovely views, very comfortable and clean . Thomas and family are exceptional hosts ,they have made my stay very enjoyable and memorable . When I visit Patmos I will definitely stay here .

We stayed here for 2 days and wished we would have booked for two weeks!!! The Villa is beautiful, clean and so well maintained. There is everything you could possibly want...the owners have put so much thought into it. The villa was everything we had hoped for.The beaches and restaurants nearby were brilliant. For us this is the nicest way to stay in Greece: in a beautiful place run by a local family. The studio's furnishings are basic but quite adequate. Everything else is pure luxury: the amazing location, the secret beach just steps away, the peaceful starry nights. Maria and Giannis were easy to communicate with, most welcoming and super helpful. A great place to soak in the beauty of Patmos, relax and make new friends. A little advice: bring a mosquito net or plenty of repellent!

Arrived to Patmos via Ferry very late in the night/early morning - 00:15. Host (Nekatrias) was there to take me directly to the unit. Carried my bags to the room. All in the most pleasant and gracious manner. Very genuine. Woke in the morning and in the daylight the view from the unit was spectacular. Photos do not give it justice. Room is recently constructed with very exceptional workmanship, care, and love. Doors and windows open fully out to private terrace to wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and Grikos bay/waterfront. Very peaceful and quiet. Serene. Wish I had stayed there longer. Highly, highly recommend.

I came pre-season, In April. Patmos was quiet, their 3000 population getting ready for the 9-10 fold population swell with the tourist season beginning early May. I loved the quiet divine beauty of Patmos, including from the wonderful balcony where I spent much of my down time relaxing and enjoying the view of Grikos bay. My experience was excellent, I cannot recommend these Theologos Houses enough. We call them casitas in Tucson, a full kitchen bedroom bathroom and the spacious balcony. Each is different so make sure if you want your own bathroom that it is included not “attached.” Personal attention is available for whatever may be needed; they also rent cars and scooters. Elisa is a treasure, as is her son Johannis and her husband Theologos, the builder of these houses in the ancient Greek style. The house on Grikos bay was close to the Cave of the Apocalypse and the Monastery, the major destination for pilgrims and tourists worldwide. I would start from Skala and walk up the mountain on an ancient path, or park up near the Monastery at the Chora, and walk down and back up to my car. Great exercise! The views along the way are fantastic. Most people don’t know that John, when exiled, was free to move around on Patmos, and spent a lot of time in Skala, evangelizing, starting a church. He went up to the cave with his scribe Prochorus to meditate, pray and write Revelation. Elisa helped me find the best local guide to teach me these things and to help me find resources.

The unique position in a quiet, secluded spot of an otherwise busy island (you cannot do without a car or a scooter). The beautiful view and the cosy beach just below the hotel. The staff is minimum, but welcoming and ready to assist (thank you, Mr Aris). The spacious and well decorated mini apartment.
