Tess and her staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The 2 bedroom villa apartment is 5 minutes drive from Skala in Grikos village. The apartment was well appointed with a huge sundeck overlooking the bay. An excellent array of tavernas and small bays within walking distance.

Nektarios is the perfect host and communication with him was excellent- both before and during our stay. We also really appreciated the lifts to and from the port.
We had a very comfortable stay at his apartment. The apartment is very clean and well presented. It has a wonderful terrace and a stunning view.

This is one of our best stays ever. The house was in a perfect location, perfectly clean, maintained and with all the things you could need. Besides the place and location being excellent, I am really writing this because owners of this property are incredible people, Elisa and Theologos were just incredible host. They helped us with every single thing we could have needed in the island. I rarely write reviews but this was one of those fantastic experiences and Elisa and Theologos just deserve the highest praise. You won't regret your stay here.

Best place to stay in Patmos, very clean and nice aparts. Hotel owners are very helpful and friendly.
Also no worries about renting a car. They also have car rental options for fair prices. Its our first but not last time in Stefanos Studios.

Everything was perfect. Dimitris met us by the harbour and followed us the short way to his old house, which was incredibly charming, beautifully restored in original style and decorated with old items and fabrics. A separate tiny kitchen building was equipped with everything you could need to make breakfast or dinner and even equipped with local produce like fruit, wine, honey, yoghurt etc.
We got the room with a roof terrace, which was very nice in the evening. There was also two places to sit in our own, private courtyard, so we could escape from the sun. A unique combination of old style and practicality. A perfect stay with fantastic hosts!

Everything, the room was super clean and exactly what you need with your small balcony as well. Mr Stefanos was so great, he came to pick us up from the port and took great care of us. He gave us a lot of tips and recommendations of things to do in Patmos. Mr Stefanos and his daughter were always so welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. If we visit Patmos again we will definitely stay there again.
