The building looks new and well maintained, everything is very clean and the apartments get cleaned daily. The apartment where we stayed had a small kitchenette with all we needed. There's air conditioning on both levels of the 2-level apartments and we always found them on in the afternoon when we got back for a short rest, greatly appreciated, especially when there's 36C outside. It's very quiet, we didn't hear anything from the neighbors and all the windows have remote controlled shades so good conditions for great rest. Plenty of space for parking but not much shade. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away but it's not that great as it's pretty dusty. There are good restaurants within 10 minutes.

Loved everything! You expect something when seeing the photos, but my expectations were completely exceeded! The hosts were amazing, the stuff was very helpful, the apartment and the properties were ALWAYS clean. Also, there was a dog which is always a good sign!

The location was perfect. It was just in the middle of Cassandra and Sithonia. Our house was very far away from the beach but we had a car, so didn’t matter. The house was very well decorated, lots of gifts in the kitchen and very clean.

Perfect accommodation. Starting with the location, arrangement of the accommodation itself, which is at the highest level, cleanliness, the landlady is always ready to help (she welcomed us with a cake, a bottle of wine, water and other various drinks, as well as coffee capsules). A small note, the house has two apartments, the upper one has an excellent view of the sea, the lower one does not have that privilege, but has direct access to the pool. The pool is extremely clean and well-maintained, and there are more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas. The store is about 30 meters away, and 3-5 kilometers in any direction you have huge markets. The apartment itself has two bedrooms with double beds, and between them are two complete bathrooms. The living room with the kitchen is huge, as is the terrace. the kitchen has everything except a microwave, which we didn't even need. If you want peace, quiet, close to the sea as well as close to both fingers (Cassandra and Sithonia), I think this is the right accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Gerakina - a cozy house, very close to the sea. For those who have little kids, like us, the proximity of the beach is perfect. The house is fully equipped, the wifi signal is very good. We loved the sea view terrace and also the view from the master bedroom! The hosts were very kind and helpful during our entire stay! They waited for us with cold water in the fridge, fresh fruits and snacks for the kids and accepted to check us in earlier, even though we gave them short notice. After a long trip, we really appreciated that!

Natasa was really nice and polite, and made sure we were checked in right after our arrival. The place was amazing, everything was brand new, we were the first guests in the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. It also has a nice little yard with patio furniture and a grill to make your stay even more enjoyable. Two enthusiastic thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

First of all, we have really appreciated the apartment: very spacious, very clean and modern. It is part of a very new building which is situated 2 minutes away from the beach. The owner has also a nice restaurant where we had lunch every day - very good food, with Greek dishes that we have really enjoyed. The access to the beach is easy and the beach itself is ok, with nice sand and very clean water.
