We have traveled in 35 countries, but we have never had such a friendly and comfortable accommodation experience. The hosts hosted us as if we were one of their family. They supported us in all our needs. The house was very clean and had all the essentials. The location of the house was very good. Next to it, there are 2 famous taverns by the sea. We will definitely not look for any other place when we come to Chios once again.

Everything. We spent 8 nights here and had one of the best times and memories. Location is good, but if you'd need to shop it's a 15-20 mins drive or 1,5 hrs walking round trip. The scenery is just amazing. And sleeping with the sound of waves are so comforting.

We came as a group of 11 and got two apartments, one 3 bedroom and one 4 bedroom. It was a great location, not too far from anything and had a decent road down to it. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and it was very well maintained! The beds were firm, but we slept very well on them. They came to clean once a day which was unexpected and much appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at Monolia Maisonettes. The location is great for being near the beach; you can reach it, take a dip in a crystal clear water, and return to your room or patio in a matter of minutes. The property is as shown in the pictures, modern and tasty decorated; no disappointment in this respect, unlike some other properties. Everything you need is available for the stay; a good working refrigerator, air conditioning, coffee machine, wash machine, utensils and kitchen tools, oven. You can cook in the kitchenettes. There is a stunning sea view from the patio and the balcony. The host family was incredibly accommodating and kind. They put in a lot of work to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I definitively would like to come back again.

Tenia was a great host. The house was so clean and designed very good. There is everything you need. It was a tiny but classy house. Tenia helped a lot when we needed. My two kids also enjoyed the house. We would like to stay again :))

The property and staff were simply amazing! The rooms were new, clean and very well equipped. The location was good - close to a beach and some nice cafes/ restaurants. In close proximity to all the ‘must-see’ places in Chios. We need to make a particular mention to the hosts - Mr Pantelis and Mrs Yolanda. They were simply superb- always there for whatever we needed and very discrete so as not to ‘interfere’. Even when we had a problem with the car Mr Pantelis made a phone call to a local mechanic and we were very well looked after (it was a 5 minute job - and for the record the mechanic refused to get paid!). The overall experience was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very much and we would very highly recommend it. If you wish to stay in Chios and The Agia Foteini area then we would recommend Yolanda’s studios unreservedly.
