We stayed at the place with 12 adults and it was just amazing. We really enjoyed the vacation at the villa. The drive to the villa is somewhat arduous because of the unpaved road. So a SUV would be awesome but not necessarily, cause you get use to it. From the villa you have an amazing view over the city and the sea. The villa was equipped with everything necessary for our large group. Only wine glasses were far too little there, but otherwise we lacked nothing. Everything was very clean and especially the first floor and the ground floor were very new. In between our 7 active stay was even cleaned once. We had not expected this and were therefore very positively surprised. Each floor had a kitchen but we mainly used the one on the ground floor, cause this one was best equipped and you had easy access to the pool and terrace. From the villa you are in about 10 minutes in the next village on the beach with a few stores and good restaurants. Otherwise, you need 45 to 60 minutes to Chania or Rhetymnon. Which was perfectly okay. Next to the villa you have an area with olive trees and chicken and some goats. The chicken were quite active in the morning so it was necessary to sleep with closed windows. But otherwise it was very quiet in the neighbourhood. On the premises there were some fruit trees and vegetables were grown, which we were allowed to use. The tomatos were so delicious. Also our hostess Maria was very attentive and provided us with tips for excursions every day.

Exceptional villa with stunning views. I booked the accommodation for my mum and her friends. They loved the peace and quiet and having the whole place to themselves. The place was clean and very luxury. The host visited making sure they were okay and left some refreshments : ). He was also very responsive to all questions and helpful when help was required. My mum and her friends were happy with a stay and highly recommend it to others who like to stay away from the crowds and the noise and truly recharge : )

Excellent location within walking distance from village, restaurants and beach. Very nice, clean, well kept house, lots of nice touches on arrival like bottle of wine, jar of jam for our breakfast etc. etc. Pool very clean, large, well maintained. Owner was very available and helpful in making place safe for my very small dog. Carefully added pieces of net so that my dog could not escape anywhere!!
