Everything was perfect in the place. Clean, cosy house, with great view. Comfortable furniture and all. Host is very kind, answers immediately. There was parking place for the car in the big house yard. A beatiful big terrase with a tent, where you can relax after the beach day.

The owners are very polite. The house is clean and well maintained. It is spacious with all amenities needed. There is a parking space in the yard that closes with a gate. The house is at a small hill, very quiet surroundings. It is cozy. You can sit on the yard on the table and have your dinner . We would definitely visit again. There is a yard hose and the owners even allowed me to wash my car in the yard. Highly recommend.

The property has the perfect location, so close to the beach. The house is really comfortable. There is a lovely front yard with a barbecue and several dining areas. The bedrooms are big enough with a lot of space to place your luggage. The bathroom is also quite big. The kitchen is fully equipped. The host is really kind, helpful and friendly person.

Very nice apartment, spacious, with almost everything for self-catering. Beautiful garden, outdoor space and garden furniture. Most of the time the apartment manager was helpful and solved the problems efficiently. The beach is about 400 meters away, with sand. Neighborhood is touristic, predominantly visited by families. The apartment could accommodate a family with two children. I recommend it and would definitely go there again.

The accommodation was beyond lovely. Clean, cozy with all the amenities you need to spend an unforgettable vacation. The hosts are very nice and kind people. They had left us a welcome gift the day we arrived and when we were leaving they gave our daughter a little something and that was so sweet. The place is perfect for families with children. It is very clean and better than in the pictures and honestly it exceeded our expectations. There was everything we needed - coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, toaster, kitchen utensils, washing machine and a garden which we enjoyed very much because it was well-maintained. Big advantage is that the car can be parked inside and there is a barbecue area in the garden. Regarding the location, it is close (5 min driving distance) to the most beautiful beaches in the area of Kavala. Also, it is 5 min walking distance to the beaches of Nea Iraklitsa. It is situated in a quite area and it is near to the center of Iraklitsa. The owner is a really friendly person with very good English and allowed us to check in earlier. We had some drinks in the fridge as a compliment at arrival. We will come back again for sure.

The apartment is perfect for family, very clean, spacious, in a quiet area, close to the beach and the supermarket. We appreciated the mosquito nets on the windows and well equipped kitchen. It is the perfect location to stay to enjoy Nea Iraklitsa. The host was very kind and wait us with cold water and juice.
