This Villa was purposely built as a holiday home and was perfect for our family with a gorgeous pool area and wonderful balconies offering views of both the sea and the mountains. The first floor living accommodation was brilliant with small children as we could use the balconies as outside space without worrying about the pool. There is an extensive patio area around the great sized pool with numerous sun beds but also a canopy offering much needed shade. The Villa is also surrounded by gardens and is very private and quiet. The hosts live very close and we’re most welcoming and couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The Villa is in a great location in the island with the resort of Tigaki with shops and restaurants easily walkable and the beautiful beach at the end of the strip.

Our stay was fantastic! Villa was very spacious for all the family with an amazing pool and crystal clear water. Very good location close to the beach and beach restaurants. Look forward to coming back soon!

the property was amazing and so clean and modern. the tv had surround sound and Netflix and YouTube accounts . the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. the bedrooms were all freshly made with towels , extra blankets and heating/air conditioning in all rooms. Nikos helped us in every way possible from picking us up from the airport , cleaning the jacuzzi daily, ordering us takeaway and taking us to rent a car he made our stay very enjoyable and stress free . he even bought us wine and other food for when we arrived. we hope to stay here again in the future and highly recommend booking this villa for your stay in kos

We have just returned from a weeks stay and we thought the villa was exceptional. The villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The swimming pool was lovely and kept immaculately clean. We loved the villa location being surrounded by peaceful farmland but only a 20 minute walk to the town and beach. Nikos the property manager was instantly available on WhatsApp and was incredibly helpful - he organised various excursions and taxis for us and we appreciated his help. I would highly recommend this villa and would certainly book it again myself.
