Villa Milan is a great location. Position is perfect to reach the airport, the port, the beaches and the town. The villa is really comfortable, the living room, the rooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms are very spacious and full of wardrobes. The house is very well equipped and all the furniture, both indoor and outdoor are of high quality. We recommend Villa Milan both for families and group of friends. The view of the sunset in the sea is magic. The hosts, Bjorn and Lisa, are super kind and always available for any needs.

The trip from the airport was quick and uncomplicated. Very warm and friendly welcome by the host. Everything you need for your holiday is available in the house. Beautiful garden with many terraces and seating areas. All terraces are equipped with sun protection. We mostly sat on the terrace from where you can see the sea and the neighbouring island of Kalymnos. The nearest shopping facilities are in Mastichari, about 1 kilometre away. Countless restaurants offer a wide selection. The property borders directly on the road leading from Antimachia to Mastchari. So you have to accept a certain amount of traffic noise - it didn't bother us. A huge oleander hedge bloomed towards the neighbour. The two rose bushes at the entrance to the house are also beautiful. Very good - and also important: all windows and doors have insect screens. No mosquitoes, no spiders in the house - very good. What you should really look out for: There are many ants on Kos. Also around the house. If you don't want to have a caravansary in the kitchen, you should regularly dispose of the rubbish - there is a container directly opposite on the other side of the street. We also swept the terrace after breakfast.

Brand new and immaculately clean, with everything we needed. The owner (an architect) and his wife designed and built the building themselves and have great pride in looking after it and welcoming you personally into the villa. It has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains from every window. There are lots of different areas to sit during the day, depending on the sun and shade. The pool was amazing and someone came to clean it everyday.

The. Apartment was superb, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The two terraces were large and spacious and caught the sun. Very clean and the owners were so very hospitable- they went above and beyond and even took us to the airport for our return flight. Location was perfect and just a short walk to supermarket with the village and restaurants a few minutes further. A beautiful family owned apartment complex and we will definitely be returning. The property is well maintained, the room was very clean and well supplied. Socratis, the manager, is very prompt and helpful. The hotel is a bit off the main street so it is fairly quiet, yet it's less than 10 minute walk to the port and main area of Mastichari.
