Super clean and comfy accommodation - well equipped, with a private entrance. Even though the weather was very hot, it was nice and cool inside. The courtyard is a lovely suntrap too, great for relaxing. Very comfy bed and pillows. Lovely bathroom with large walk in shower. The location is very good, short distances from Emsworth, Bosham and Chichester. Nice to have milk, wine and biscuits provided on arrival too! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

On arrival, during specified check in hour, I was greeted by handymen, who said no, the place had been closed for a while, and they had informed people to take it off the site, being unavailable. They said it was all a mistake, and they could not help me. I had booked, and paid…..please advise, as I expect a refund.
