Fabulous stay. The welcome snacks/ wine was such a lovely tough, really thoughtful. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. Good pressure on shower. Great to have the sunny courtyard. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were even some books and games. The location was fab, really close to walks/ cafe/ coop/ pubs. Old store and rose & crown being our favourites.

The cottage was in a lovely village with a Co-op and a good local pub that did nice food. Plenty of space to stretch out, including a big garden. Good for local walks and nature and a short drive to many other places to visit for walks, etc. North Norfolk is worth visiting at any time of the year and this cottage makes an excellent base.

Location was very good and near all we wanted to do. The property and gardens were beautiful and well presented. We had a very good nights sleep. We stayed in Room 2 which is upstairs. Our first night was superb as we had the place to ourselves and we felt comfortable popping up and down the stairs to access the dining facilities , including the fridge and access to the garden. Breakfast was lovely with a very good selection. The host was very helpful and did all that she could to ensure that we had a nice time.
