Cider cottage and its garden are very nice. The rooms are spacious with lots of seating for all 6 of us. The grounds are nice for walking and there were great games to play: croquet, tennis, creek walks, ping pong. The two staff members we met were OUTSTANDING! They were very responsive to our inquiries. They graciously let us place our refrigerated groceries in the fridge prior to our check in time! Be sure to bring your own condiments and shower/bath soap. There was plenty of dish soap available.

Location was great. In the country, near a pub and 10 minutes, to beaches, 10 minutes to Sidmouth. Great value.

The cottage was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds with adequate bedding. All towels were provided. Really nice place to stay. We did not see the owners but had a friendly message from them. Would very highly recommend Bray Cottage and everything was provided including the electricity. We loved the cottage, could not fault anything, the only thing I would say is on arrival to the park the fence at the front is in definite need of relacement, that's the first thing you see, also we thought the site was tired, needed updating. The rubbish was overflowing and hadn't been emptied all the week we were there. Apart from that the cottage was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the property, it was very spacious, clean and modern. Also, it's in a great position. Right next to the brilliant donkey sanctuary and great for walking to the sea. We recommend Beer Caves as well.
