This is a beautiful place, secluded but close to the town, the peaceful countryside was so relaxing. The cottage has a rustic charm with all the comforts of home. There are charging facilities for electric cars which was an added bonus.

A wonderful place to stay! A roomy, comfortable and spotlessly clean cottage. Fun activities on site including table tennis and tennis. Pretty and tranquil location. I’m sure we’ll be coming here again!

Location was great. In the country, near a pub and 10 minutes, to beaches, 10 minutes to Sidmouth. Great value.

The cottage was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds with adequate bedding. All towels were provided. Really nice place to stay. We did not see the owners but had a friendly message from them. Would very highly recommend Bray Cottage and everything was provided including the electricity. Thank you Claire and Duncan for a lovely stay.

lovely layout of chalet, beautiful views not far from main road but perfectly quiet. Really peaceful break with lots to do in the area

We loved the cottage, could not fault anything, the only thing I would say is on arrival to the park the fence at the front is in definite need of relacement, that's the first thing you see, also we thought the site was tired, needed updating. The rubbish was overflowing and hadn't been emptied all the week we were there. Apart from that the cottage was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the property, it was very spacious, clean and modern. Also, it's in a great position. Right next to the brilliant donkey sanctuary and great for walking to the sea. We recommend Beer Caves as well.
