The size of our room was very misleading from the photos. The studio layout was larger than life for a studio. When we arrived.. there were eggs.. milk.. coffee..and chocolates. The towels were huge and of great quality. There was an iron..a hair dryer.. full kitchen with pots and pans..cling film..aluminium foil.. enough toilet paper for a week's stay... a pedestal fan..sky TV.. and the grounds were absolutely breath taking. There was also a huge pool that is covered and to be used at any time. There were no cut of times as long as you locked up after leaving. The owners wonderful and I also want to add that with it being a pet friendly environment.. my dog was in heaven. A major plus was that the back part of the studio was underground which kept the room very cool especially in 30 plus degrees on several days and because it was underground it was also well lighted. The furnishings were extremely soothing on the eyes and we will go back every year. There were pubs within walking distance and it was very sad when leaving.

the property is absolutely beautiful and so we’ll maintained!! lovely garden overlooking the fields - even in the winter it was a treat. the hosts are so great - they offered great suggestions to us for things we could do and places we could visit and even overall, they were just wonderful people.

We liked Bradleigh Lodge very much. We stayed in a cottage in the garden so it was very quiet and the garden around the cottage was exceptionally beautiful. The breakfast was also very good and we were served by the very nice owner as well as an equally nice staff member. Everything was there to our satisfaction and we can highly recommend Bradleigh Lodge.

Such a quirky and homely place to have as a base for my needs.. Nikki was very welcoming and the breakfast was just spot on for my needs. The room was very comfortable and also very quirky with lovely furniture (antique). For the price I literally can't fault it...warm and comfy. Added bonus...at least for me... Merlin...the German Shepherd.... probably the Least...no .. infact..the least aggressive German shepherd ever...he is adorable and very much a part of the arches b&b Would definitely recommend staying here.

Casa muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. TV en el comedor y en la habitación. Las 2 eran smart tv con Netflix y más APPs. Fudges típicos de Cornualles de regalo de bienvenida. Aparcamiento privado enfrente de la casa; muy útil cuando viajas con maletas. La casa estaba muy bien decorada con motivos marineros.
