The property and hosts are superb. We could not fault the cleanliness and attention to detail. Breakfast was also delightful. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Rockleigh Place to anyone wanting to visit The Eden Project or some of the lovely locations around the area.

We stayed in the Villa which was is outstanding. Antonia gives excellent recommendations for the area and places to eat and drink. Charlestown is an excellent place to stay and the villa was in the heart of Charlestown.

Excellent location with secure parking. X2 double bedrooms including one en-suite suited myself and my daughter perfectly. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay. Sea view and view over St Austell from bedrooms and lounge. Ideally placed for a 10 min drive to lovely Charlestown and Eden project Used local restaurants including Holmbush Inn, Tesco cafe and Salty Bay pizza. Rockhill cafe at Bugle was excellent. Excellent information from host before and during our stay.

Set in 40 acres and 10 different gardens it was so tranquil and good for the soul. It was the weeks after the main summer holidays so less busy. So pleased we found this gem.

Really lovely location, quite a treat!
Accommodation was fairly good and had all we needed. Wonderful glamping! Great space outside the motorhome where we could sit around the table for meals or leave things drying etc.
But the most amazing was to have access to all the gardens even in the evening. Very peaceful!
