Very affordable and convenient option for Heathrow airport as I had an early morning flight. They booked my taxi to the airport for me and he arrived right on time and was a lovely driver for an excellent price. All communications were prompt, clear, courteous and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom, and the bed was super comfy. It's on a main road, but the noise level was ok and the curtains blocked out all street lights. There's a great Portuguese restaurant 20 mins walk away, U Calhao, inexpensive good meals. Checking in and out was entirely painless, the details for the key were messaged to me and it was very easy access. I got there by public transport on bus 285 from Heathrow Central bus station, easy.
